Providence place is an independent, non-profit assisted living community which opened in September of 2007. Providence Place is owned and operated by the Health Services Foundation, which is an organization of local volunteers dedicated to meeting the health care needs of Woodward and northwest Oklahoma. Our residents are active, generally independent seniors, 62 years of age or older. We do not provide nursing care, although we can and do provide medication administration and assistance with activities of daily living for those residents who need it. |
